Deck of Cards
Brutal workout today! I should be running, but I am burnt from the gym. Did a deck of cards workout. Each suit worth a different excercise. Box jumps, lateral shuffle, push ups, kettlebell swings. No rest until the deck is done. So tired and sore all over. Feels pretty damn good. Guess my run will have to be tomorrow morning!
What a Difference
Just got done with a three mile run and I can’t help but think about what the old me would be doing right now. Still asleep or maybe just waking up. How did I live that way for so long? I was only half alive then. I am far from my goal, but I’ve come so far.
