I’m inviting everyone to do this! I think it’s great to set short-term goals. Most of us teachers have anywhere from 6-8 weeks left. No time like now to buckle down and make a change or take on a challenge. I’m brainstorming mine now.
Any fitblrs/runblrs/healthandfitness/wellnessblrs wanna get down on this?
Goal: To run at least 3x’s a week. The ultimate goal is to run a sub 25 min. 5K, but that won’t be run until after my school year is over. 4 weeks left!!!
You learn such interesting things by reading 7th grade research reports! For example, were you aware that, “Will Smith started raping at the age of 12.” I did not know this! I’ve actually met him before and he seemed quite nice. This revelation is shocking!!
That was pretty amazing, but that was definitely the first time a race ran out of cups…at mile 7. We were just cupping our hands and drinking from them. But hey, it was their inaugural race, so problems are expected. The hills at the last two miles were brutal. My ass hurts like crazy! But I loved it!! The weather was perfect and I felt great!! I love that I can just go run a half without really training and it’s no big deal. Damn! How times have changed! Love it! But seriously, why does my ass hurt so bad?!
